In a video with GameSpot (which you can watch after the jump) lead multiplayer designer Jake Biegel with Insomniac Games detailed a new batch of DLC and a patch for Resistance 2 on the Playstation 3. Both will hit PSN (and in-game) this Thursday (March 26). The patch, version 1.50, will add a harder mode for co-op that will net you more experience as well as a new multiplayer mode entitled Meltdown. The DLC will cost, and will bring the Aftermath Map Pack to the game. The map pack will cost $5.99, and there will also be some new skins that will cost $0.99.
