Valve is top notch when it comes to advertising their new and current games, so it comes as no surprise that their latest snippet draws from one of the classic all time commercials, Apple’s “1984.” The trailer announces that Half-Life 2 will make its way to Steam on Mac tomorrow, 5/26/2010. Half-Life 2 “Escape From City 17″ Mini Series
Joystiq had a link to this amazing Half-Life 2 mini series, and we have to agree with them that it will blow your mind. Produced by indie filmmakers The Purchase Brothers “Escape from City 17″ is the first in a mini series event about Half-Life 2. The shows are live action mixed with some amazing effects and CG, and will surely become a favorite of any Half-Life fan.
Episode 1 is posted below. It has a bit of language and some (well done) gunfights including blood so it may not be safe for work or young kids. Enjoy, and we will try to keep you updated on this amazing new series.
