New demos are always a nice surprise to start off the middle of the week, and this week Starbreeze and Atari have dropped a big one on us. A demo for The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena is now available on Xbox Live. The demo is set to hit Playstation sometime later this month. The demo takes players through a small bit of action on Athena and shows a few cutscenes to get you in the mood for the game’s release April 7th in the U.S. (April 24th in Europe).

Make your way over to the Xbox Marketplace sometime today and pick up the demo!
